This course explores the intersection of history and digital technology, providing students with the skills and knowledge to engage with historical research and presentation in the AI age. Students will learn to use a variety of digital tools and methodologies to analyze, interpret, and present historical data. The course will focus on a particular topic that features practical experience with AI tools and critical evaluations of AI-generated outputs, focusing on their accuracy, efficiency, and potential biases in historical research.
