Study of English of ancient Greek and/or Roman historiography and other historical writings of the ancient civilizations of the Greco-Roman World. Special attention will be paid to evaluating historical methods and approaches in original cultural, social, and political context. No knowledge of Latin or Greek required. Credit cannot be earned for both CLCV 3907 and HIST 3907.
