Catalog description

This course will offer history students hands-on preparation for the world of work after graduation. Part of the History Profession Sequence, it will introduce students to the occupational fields in which history graduates often work, explaining why history skills are valuable and how they may be applied. Through in-class and online exercises, readings, and meetings with working professionals, students will also identify and build personal traits and skills (time management, teamwork, self-management, ethical outlook) that will improve their employability.
