Catalog description

Summer. Examines the ages and stages of children’s growth and development between the ages of 8 and 12. Students will explore the Middle School Philosophy and components of motivation and academic achievement in grades 4 and 5. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite(s): Student must be currently enrolled in an early childhood teacher preparation program as a junior or higher and must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher, or must currently hold an Early Childhood license.
