Catalog description

This course assists students in understanding the principles, probative value, and methodologies utilized by crime laboratories in the analysis and comparison of trace evidence. This course is primarily lecture based, but students will also complete hands-on practical exercises. Prerequisite(s): FSCI majors specializing in Forensic Examination only and previous credit in FSCI 2000 and CHEM 3440 and CHEM 3460 or CHEM 3450 , or with consent of instructor.
