Catalog description
Exploration of aesthetics and technical approaches to cinematography, including but not limited to the study of light, shadow, color, film stock, lenses, lighting and silent visual storytelling. Projects may utilize still photography, 16 mm motion picture film, or digital cameras. Laboratory hours. Extra fee. Prerequisite(s): Prior credit in FILM 1610 , FILM 1710 and THFM 1910 , or instructor approval.
