Special Topics in Creative Writing

Catalog description

Intensive focus on a topic or critical issue in contemporary creative writing. Topics may include Creative Writing for Electronic Media, Digital/Hypertext Poetry, Ecopoetry, The Novella, Fabulism and Experimental Fiction, Poetry of Witness and Protest, Writing the Young Adult Novel. May be repeated for up to six hours of credit if topics differ. Optional for Creative Writing Majors and Minors. Pre-requisite: ENG 3120 or ENG 3130 or instructor permission.
