Catalog description

This three-hour course engages students in understanding intermediate mathematics content deeply so that they can interpret student thinking. Specific focus is given to algebraic thinking, fractions, decimals, percents, integers, geometry, and measurement. Attention is also drawn to the Standards for Mathematical Practice, mathematical structure, and models and representations. Approved for distance education. Prerequisite(s): C or better in EDTL 1320
