This course provides an in-depth look at systematic phonics instruction, phonological awareness, dyslexia, and the science of reading. In this course, students will learn methods and develop materials to teach phonics as part of a comprehensive language arts program for students with exceptional learning needs. Approved for Distance Education. Corequisite(s): EDIS 3030 , EDIS 3040 , and EDIS 3060 .
