Catalog description

Principles and practices of interfacing microcomputers in the real time environment of industrial process control. Organization and operation of computers, various process control modules (A/D and D/A), signal conditioning and converting, and design of process control systems. Three hours of lecture, three hours of laboratory. Extra fee. Prerequisite(s): ECET 2490 or consent of instructor.
