Spring and Summer on demand. This course discusses renewable energy systems such as those that use solar energy, wind, wave energy, and fuel cells. It also discusses how the energy that is generated can be conserved with systems such as electric and hybrid vehicles. It encourages students to think critically about how our energy is generated and consumed and how it effects the environment and the economy. Approved for Distance Education.
