Catalog description

Industrial instrumentation, measuring thermal, mechanical, fluid and electric phenomenon. Statistical methods for data analysis. Transducers, signal conditioning, data acquisition, software development and sensor networks. Digital signal processing. Principles underlaying their design and applications. One and one-half hours of lecture and three hours laboratory. Extra fee. Prerequisite(s): ECE 2415 with grade of C or better, ECE 2495 with grade of C or better, and CS 2010 .
