Introduction to Research in Communication Sciences and Disorders

Catalog description

Research is important for all professionals in communication sciences and disorders. This course addresses the major aspects of research; including developing questions, exploring the literature, designing and implementing a study, analyzing the results, and discussing their potential impacts. Participants will examine published research studies and assist faculty with their current research projects. Prerequisite(s): Pre-CDIS or CDIS Major or consent of instructor.
