Catalog description

Introduction to the properties of planets, stars, and galaxies; how they are distributed; and how they move within the universe. Students actively experiment in the lab, online, and outdoors to understand how astronomers gather information about these objects, and to appreciate the observational uncertainties in such measurements. Includes two hours per week of laboratory and observational work.
