Catalog description
Students demonstrate an understanding of extended ASL discourse on a variety of topics through signed narratives, dialogues, and presentations. Spontaneous, appropriate exchanges and advanced use of complex sentence structures are emphasized. Focus on analyzing the cultural, social, and semantic context of a signed message. This course has a strict voice-off policy. Prerequisite(s): C or better in ASL 2020 or consent of program.
