Spring. A laboratory course investigating applications of mechanical and electrical building systems. Analysis of existing systems, system design, system modeling and report writing. Topics include water and sanitary waste systems, electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems and lighting design. One hour of lecture and four hours of laboratory.
