Catalog description

Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student-planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander. Physical Training (PT) will consist of a combination of cardio and strength-based training in a group setting. A Physical Fitness Assessment each semester is mandatory and will be attempted by each cadet. This is a weekly, 2-hour lab. PT is 1 hour, 3x weekly. Cadets must meet a minimum 80% attendance at LLAB and PT sessions to earn a satisfactory/passing score. No military obligation required. For ROTC cadets only. Must be enrolled in one of the AERO lectures for full ROTC credit. Corequisite(s): AERO 1110 , AERO 1120 , AERO 2110 , AERO 2120 , AERO 3110 , AERO 3120 , AERO 4110 , or AERO 4120 .
