Leading People and Effective Communication utilizes the student’s field training experience to take a more in-depth look at leadership. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing communication skills and why that is important as a leader. Students have an opportunity to try out these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment as juniors and seniors. Successful completion of Field Training required. Offered Spring Semester only. Cadets will incur a military obligation upon entry into POC with this course. Prerequisite(s): AERO 1110 , AERO 1120 , AERO 2110 , AERO 2120 , AERO 3110 , and Field Training. Corequisite(s): AERO 4620
