Catalog description
Introduces students to ethical decision-making in modern business environments. Emphasizes understanding the sources of personal and organizational ethics, applying ethical frameworks to real-world business scenarios, and evaluating the social and global implications of business actions. Includes issues related to corporate social responsibility, global trade, and stakeholder impact while developing communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively within various professional settings. Prepares learners to make thoughtful, responsible decisions in a variety of business contexts. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours).
