Develops techniques for servicing, troubleshooting, and performing necessary maintenance on modern building control system devices. Emphasizes electrical and mechanical safety. Covers equipment used in building control systems. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours). Laboratory: 2 credits (60 contact hours).
