Introduces common business procedures used in veterinary practice. Includes bill collection, appointment scheduling, telephone techniques, record keeping, merchandising, drug ordering and inventory control, and supervision of employees. Lecture 3 hours per week. Total 3 hours per week. An additional career and technical education course specific fee of $50.00 per credit hour applies to this course. The price is discounted 50% to $25.00 per credit hour for the 2026-27 academic year only.
