Writing with AI

Catalog description

This course introduces students to the use of generative AI tools in the writing process, framing them within the objectives of English Composition I. Learners develop foundational writing skills, including rhetorical awareness, organization, style, revision, and research, while critically exploring AI’s role in contemporary communication. Emphasis is placed on writing across personal, academic, and professional contexts; refining voice and style; evaluating and integrating AI outputs; and addressing ethical considerations.
