Refrig Recovery, Triple Evacuation and Charging of Heat Pumps and Refrig Equipment and EPA Test

Catalog description

This course will have the learner recover refrigerant from a HVAC/R equipment. After the refrigerant is recovered the student will perform a triple evacuation on the system. After the appropriate evacuation level is achieved, the learner will utilize the manufacturer's literature and charge the system with the correct amount of refrigerant. After the learner has master the skills of recovery, evacuation and charging the EPA Section 608 test will be administered. Refrigerant handling safety will be enforced in the lab. This course is mostly hands-on with some theory.
