Catalog description

The Rock Internship program provides students with a meaningful workplace learning experience that is strengthened by intentional reflection and assessment. Throughout the internship, students complete a reflection journal that encourages them to analyze workplace culture, communication, problem-solving, and career interests. At the end of the program, students develop and present a capstone project showcasing their internship contributions, skills gained, and next-step career plans. These requirements help interns translate their experience into clear competencies they can share with employers, schools, and scholarship committees.
