Catalog description

4 cr. hrs.; 3 lecture hours; 2 lab hours per week. Prerequisite: Admission to PTA Program. Study of the science of human motion, biomechanics, and the structure and function of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. The course emphasizes integration of anatomy, palpation skills, postural analysis and the functional aspects of human movement related to physical therapy practice.
