Class Piano I

Catalog description

1 cr. hr.; 0 lecture hours; 2 lab hours per week. Group piano instruction for non-keyboard music majors and MIC candidates. This is the first course in a four-semester sequence for non-keyboard music majors designed to develop the fundamental keyboard skills that will complement music major studies in music theory. Skills learned will directly correlate with those required to pass a piano proficiency exam.
