3 cr. hrs.; 2 lecture hours; 2 lab hours per week. This is a course on computer operating systems, addressing Windows and Linux/UNIX. Emphasis will be on Linux. Both will be explored in a comparative fashion with a primary focus on the usage of their command line interfaces and scripting features.
