Catalog description
5 cr. hrs.; 5 lecture hours; 0 lab hours per week. Prerequisite(s): ESL Program Coordinator consent This course gives an overview of the simple English sentence. This course will help students understand the system of the English language and the rules that govern the system. Grammar will be taught in a holistic context. In other words, each grammar point will be taught within a thematic unit. Students will practice the grammar through a series of written and oral projects that form part of each unit.
