3 cr. hrs.; 2 lecture hours; 2 lab hours per week. Prerequisite: CRT 110 "C" or better Students in this course will learn basic computer-aided transcription skills and apply what they learned in a lab setting, writing realtime dictation and preparing transcripts. Speeds for this course range from 60 to 100 words per minute.
