3 cr. hrs.; 3 lecture hours; 0 lab hours per week. Prerequisite: Appropriate placement score; OR Successful completion of ENG 031; OR Academic ESL Coordinator consent COMM 105 is a review of key concepts in writing. Students review grammar, sentence structure and punctuation and apply their knowledge of these skills by completing a variety of writing assignments on several topics and disciplines. The major objective of Communications 105 is to help students write clearly, correctly, and confidently, so they will succeed in other college courses and in their professions.
