Catalog description

3 cr. hrs.; 0 lecture hours; 6 lab hours per week. An introduction to digital art creation and visual communication strategies. Industry standard software and applications are used to introduce students to varied digital approaches: image manipulation and generation, illustration, typography, and motion graphics. External devices, such as printers and drawing tablets, are integrated into course content to help create, proof, and present completed works.
