Catalog description

3 cr. hrs.; 2 lecture hours; 2 lab hours per week. This course provides an introduction to the operation, adjustment, and maintenance of grain drying equipment in the field. The development of a complete grain drying and handling system will also be covered along with the handling and processing of other common products and commodities.
