Credits: 3 Typically Offered: SPRING This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the operation maintenance and repair of small engines and compressors. Students will learn the principles of internal combustion engines, including two and four stroke cycles, and explore the various types of compressors used in industry. Emphasis is placed on troubleshooting techniques, routine servicing, and safety procedures. Hands on labs will provide practical experience in disassembly, inspection and reassembly of engines and compressors, preparing students for real-world applications in industrial mechanical repair.
