Credits: 3 Prerequisite: PHIL 210 . Typically Offered: SPRING This course focuses on ethics in the workplace and the role of organizational leaders in fostering ethical behavior while establishing an environment to minimize the risk of unethical choices. Foundational to this course is the emphasis on personal values and convictions as the basis of quality decision making. Students explore basic frameworks of ethical dealings and moral leadership through case studies, discussion, self reflection, and reading assignments.
