Credits: 3 Typically Offered: FALLSPR This course will explore the key role of creating a vision that will shape the future of an organization and how to inspire and motivate others to share it. Through the use of assessment instruments, students will develop their own personal plans for what leadership means to them, what it means to an organization, and how they can build leadership capacity in others.
