Credits: 4 Prerequisite: CMT 130 , CMT 140 and CMT 145 or departmental approval. Typically Offered: FALL In this course, you will learn the principles of construction estimating and bidding, covering basic concepts, procedures, terminology, and pricing techniques. The course introduces methods for calculating quantities and costs of materials, labor, management, and other construction-related items. It also includes print reading, basic scheduling concepts, and may incorporate computer program applications to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.
