Actors for Directing 1

Catalog description

Students are invited to participate as ACTORS in THEA 359: Directing I as a 1-credit course. These students will comprise the Acting Ensemble. Actors will participate in in-class exercises, will be cast in a student directed scene, and will participate in the feedback process following their showings. Student actors will be required to attend 11 class sessions and will then rehearse outside of class with their director (for six weeks, up to 4 hours/week). Actors only need to be present for the class sessions in which their scene is being presented. Offered every fall.
