Catalog description
“This course will continue a presentation of the knowledge, values, and skills to enhance the well-being of people through generalist social work practice. Content will again include the following skills: defining issues; collecting and assessing data; planning and contracting; identifying alternative interventions; selecting and implementing appropriate courses of actions; using appropriate research to monitor and evaluate outcomes; and termination. Attention will focus on interpersonal practice with families and groups. Pre-Requisites: SW 303, SW 304, SW 305, SW 410 Co-Requisites: SW 315, SW 491, SW 495 Offered: fall.
