PUBP 503: Economics of Public Policy This online asynchronous course covers the economic foundations of public policy. It introduces core concepts in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and quantitative reasoning. Topics include supply and demand, labor and financial markets, positive and negative externalities, as well as fiscal and monetary policy. To ensure application of economic theory to policymaking, this course requires significant review of economic data, perspectives, and research.
