PUBP 501: Theoretical Foundations of Public Policy This online asynchronous course covers the theoretical foundations of public policy. Obtaining a system-level understanding of public policy is a core requirement of any graduate-level public policy curriculum. This course provides a broad introduction to the theories and frameworks of policymaking, as well as the analytical tools used for its study. It also develops an understanding of key theoretical concepts and frameworks that underpin public policy research and evidence-based decision-making.
