Neural bases and applications of noninvasive methods for understanding brain function: neuropsychology, transcranial magnetic stimulation, electroencephalography, event-related potentials, magnetoencephalography, structural and functional imaging (PET, TMS, tDCS, etc.). Applications to fundamental topics in cognition, with an emphasis on the strengths and weaknesses of different methods, convergent and divergent results. Prerequisite: Cognitive Neuroscience I: Cortical Organization.
