Catalog description

Comparative and ethological study of how behavior is organized at various and representative levels of the animal kingdom with attention to the mechanisms, functions, ontogeny, and evolutionary history. Behavioral patterns of individual organisms and/or groups considered in context of how these activities compare at different levels of the phylogeny tree. Students must earn a grade of C- or higher for this course to apply to the major. NOTE: Students who have credit in BIOL 375 will not earn credit in PSYC 327.
