Catalog description

This course explores behavior disorders, their classification, key features, and theoretical foundations. Students will examine scientific findings, clinical examples, and sociocultural perspectives to differentiate diagnoses, apply research, and critically evaluate controversies in the field. Students must earn a grade of C- or higher for this course to apply to the major. Prerequisite: PSYC 111. Usually offered every fall and spring semester as well as often during the summer,
