Catalog description

In this course we explore public views toward courts, legal actors, and legal processes. This primarily involves examination of the empirical social science scholarship on related topics. Students will be given the opportunity to become informed consumers of such studies as well as producers of empirical analysis on the subject. Restrictions: Juniors and Seniors only (others permitted by Instructor). Offered every two years.
