Vector calculus, electrostatic fields in vacuum and material media, magneto static fields, boundary-value problems, electromagnetic induction. Prerequisites: PHYS 121 and 122, or 131 and 132, 323, and knowledge of a computer programming language. Prerequisite or corequisite: MATH 323. Offered fall semester.
