Catalog description

PHSC 693: Laboratory Rotations I: During the first year of the PhD graduate program, all students are required to complete three laboratory rotations in three different labs in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The three lab rotations will occur in the fall semester. Each lab rotation will be 4-5 weeks long with a minimum of 10 hours per week. The intent of these lab rotations is to get students familiarized with different supervising faculty members, their lab personnel, learn about their research projects, their lab techniques and primarily to select a thesis dissertation advisor after the third lab rotation.
