Catalog description

PHRM 599: Pharmacy Internship Elective: A practical work experience related to the field of Pharmacy and consultation with a pharmacy advisor. Students enrolled are participating in a work experience directly related to their academic studies, during which they are consulting with a University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences faculty member and advisor. At the end of the work experience, the student submits a paper which relates the employment opportunity to the enhancement of his or her academic studies to the consulting professor/advisor to receive credit for the course. This course and its requirements are independent of the required Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs). (
