PHRM 533: SKILLS LAB - Pharmaceutical Compounding and Dispensing The ability to accurately prepare pharmaceutical drug dosage forms is essential to provide safe and efficacious therapy to patients. In pharmaceutical compounding and dispensing, the basic concepts and skills required to extemporaneously compound non-sterile products are introduced. Mathematical competencies will be assessed as will the students’ ability to compound accurate and pharmaceutically elegant dosage forms, and label these products correctly. (
