Catalog description

In this seminar course, students will examine different career pathways while learning critical professional skills and associated software programs. Written assignments include workplace emails, memos, cover letters, and resumes. Students will also prepare presentations, complete mock interviews, and identify networking strategies. Emphasis is placed on how to effectively communicate in a variety of rapidly evolving professional settings. Additionally, students will reflect on the role of social media platforms, information systems, and Artificial Intelligence in organizations.
