Catalog description

This course is the third in the Scientific Inquiry sequence. It builds upon knowledge gained in Scientific Inquiry: Research Methods, as well as Scientific Inquiry: Theory, and focuses on application of knowledge in nursing research. Learning will be directed in four main areas: critique and analysis of completed research in nursing, generating small grant proposals for external funding, the use of the computer in data management and statistical analysis. Prerequisites: NURS 600 and NURS 503 or NURS 601.
